These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bk61 platform. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to all terms stated here. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the bk61 website and all services provided under it.
• "User" — any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional benefit or additional credit granted by bk61.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use the services on bk61. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts. bk61 may request identity documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. bk61 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit funds if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.4 Rejected & Suspended Transactions

bk61 may suspend or reject any deposit or withdrawal request in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete account verification, or violation of the Terms.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳28,000 and the bonus reaches the maximum cap of ৳20,000 → total ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳30,000 (1,500 × 20) must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• No more than one bonus offer may be claimed at a time.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus play — the detailed terms for each offer will be published separately.
• bk61 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is suspected, the account may be investigated and closed.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

bk61's VIP program has four tiers. Reaching a higher tier depends on your overall activity on the platform.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. bk61 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will endeavour to notify users before any changes take effect.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using fraudulent software or automation tools.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Organised fraudulent betting in collusion with other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

6.2 Game Results

All games on bk61 are operated using fair and verifiable technology. Game results are final and no result will be reconsidered except in the case of a technical error. In the event of a technical error, bk61 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the wager.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds and markets are subject to change. Bets cancelled before an event begins will be refunded. bk61 reserves the right to void or limit any bet where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

7 Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw all withdrawable funds before closing the account. Account closure requests can be made via live chat or by email at [email protected].

7.2 Closure by bk61

bk61 may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Provision of false information.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Where the user is found to be a minor.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Contact our support team for more details.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Users can set their own deposit limits.

Third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) own their respective intellectual property. The names and logos of these providers are their registered trademarks.

11 Limitation of Liability

bk61 is not liable for:

• Any game or betting session interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Delayed transactions caused by technical issues with third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losses that could not have been avoided under applicable law.

In any circumstance, bk61's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount the user deposited in connection with the matter concerned.
